Q2: Can I make a sample of this bag to evaluate the quality?
A: Yes, we are pleased to custom a sample for you to check quality firstly.

Q3: How do your factory do regarding quality control?
A: We have Strict raw material control system and Strict quality management system. And our factory has gained ISO9001 and SGS certificates.

Q4: What is your sample time and mass production time?
A: Normally, sample time need 3-7 working days, mass production time would be around 30-35 days.

Q5: Can I brand my own LOGO on this item?
A: Yes. We can custom logos on the products by: Silk-screen printing, embroidery, full color printing, embossed, puller mold, woven label, sublimation, laser and rubber tag etc.

Q6: What’s the payment?
A: Usually we accept T/T, Payoneer, Western Union, Trade assurance orders are welcome.

Q7: How about the shipping method?
A: If you have your own shipping agent, you can use it; Meantime, we also had cooperated with many good forwarders. If you need, we can recommend some forwarders to you and you can compare the price and services.
